We are able to accept from most insurance companies, please see below list below. This is not an exclusive list so if your private provider is not listed below please contact us as you still may be eligible for treatment under your policy.

Your first appointment will last approximately forty-five minutes. It will include a detailed history and examination as well as some initial treatment. During your examination it will be necessary to have access to the injured area. Please wear appropriate clothing to allow this. For example vest or shorts.

The cause of your problem will be clearly explained and the best management agreed. We will provide you with a prognosis and identify how many treatment sessions you are likely to require. You will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

At the end of your course of treatment it is commonplace for your GP to be informed of your attendance and progress.

PRIVATE PROVIDERS

Prior to starting your Physiotherapy sessions with us you will need to get authorisation from your private insurance company. Payment for the sessions are usually dealt by MyPhysio invoicing your private provider directly for payment or you will be responsible for payment to MyPhysio and then we will provide you with a receipt to claim your session back directly from your private provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Physiotherapy and massage appointments are usually fully booked up at this practice, therefore we often have patients waiting for cancellation slots to be seen.

MyPhysio reserves the right to charge patients 50% of the chargeable Physiotherapy or massage fee for non attendance or failure to cancel their appointment with 24 hours notice.
